At the centre of Freshtrusion lies our four world-leading laboratories, where we meticulously test all 800+ ingredients prior to acceptance and where Partner recipes are tested throughout manufacture. This unique system offers the Partner full traceability of every product.

The finest fresh meats are selected for our meat kitchen, where they are gently cooked at 82ºC (180ºF) to protect proteins, enhance the flavour and keep in all the goodness. This cooking process ensures maximum digestibility and nutritional value to the pet.

Our journey begins with farms and fisheries that we know and trust, where we source only the finest fresh meat, fish and ingredients, providing Partners with genuine stories of provenance and traceability.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing site is home to one of the most technically advanced extrusion facilities in the world.

A combination of human skill and the latest technology and automation ensure every bag of product is accurately packed, weighed, tested for unwanted materials and palleted. Our RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system provides full traceability to the Partner.

Our 400,000 square foot distribution centre is designed to store Partner’s stock and distribute any quantity to any destination, providing Partners with the ultimate flexibility.
